14) Health is Wealth

     Our health is very important for us. People nowadays are suffering from overweight obesity, diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. This problem occur because of our lifestyle. So we should take an action to take care of our health.

      First, we should take care of our food. We must avoid food that contains a lot of preserver such as junk food and carbonated drinks. Then, we should practise to eat balanced diet such as proteins, minerals, iron, vitamins, calcium and fats. Eat more vegetables and fruits to make a perfect balanced diet.

    Not only that, we should drinks at least 8 to 9 glasses of water every day. It is not only flushes your excretory system but also keeps your skin good and healthy. Proper sleep is also important to relax our mind from daily activities. Exercise is must. Aerobics, walking and jogging can give you more energy to work hard through the day. It can also release our tension and give us stronger body and mind.

13) Honesty pays in the end

“Hi, my wife.” Badrul greet his wife, Alisa.
Alisa just smile. “Hi, my husband.”
They was getting married at 5 o’clock this evening after face a hard love affair before this. Badrul also smile to his wife and give a love kiss to Alisa’s forehead.
Thank you God for make me as hers! Pray Badrul non-stop in his heart.
Yeah.. Two months ago. He meet Alisa at a banquet. Alisa that gentle, beautiful as angle in the heaven and have a great attitude that attract his heart to be with her. He then decided to propose Alisa and thank God, Alisa accept him as her boyfriend.
But, he really don’t know that his secretary, Adriana was very shocked with that news.
“What? How dare you, Mr Badrul makes me like this? You know, I love you, but how could you love other person and not me? What did you see towards her?” Adriana was really angry and disappointed to her boss. Almost two years, she work with Mr Badrul and he seem do not have any feeling toward her?
“Who are you, Adriana? You’re just my secretary and you doesn’t have any right to intrude into my personal life. You get that?”
Adriana can’t stop herself to make the couple break their relationship. She trying to make a plan for Alisa and Badrul. One night, she meet Badrul at a restaurant and obviously, Badrul don’t like Adriana’s presence at there. When Adriana want to begin their conversation, Badrul get her permission to go to the toilet. Without wasting any time, Adriana take sleeping pills in her bag and put it into the Badrul’s glass. She just smile. A cynical smile.
“I hate you, Badrul! I trust you for all my heart and this you do to me? Congrats, Badrul. You’re win!” Alisa throw a few picture to Badrul’s chest. Picture that hurt her heart. Picture that shown Badrul and Adriana sleeping in a room. Oh my God!
“No, Alisa. You have to trust me. I love you and I don’t do thing like that. That night, I drink that water and after that, I don’t know what happen. Please, believe me.” Badrul trying to appeal Alisa but she just ignore him.
“Today, we’re break!”
“What??”
Badrul was very disappointed with the decision. He knew this is all because of Adriana. He then go to Adriana’s home to settle all the problem. When he arrived at there, he was very shocked to hear and already predict this is because of Adriana. He took his phone and record all the conversation between Adriana and her friend. Adriana also say that was her intention to make Badrul as hers.
“Now you trust me?” Badrul press a ‘pause’ button in phone in front of Alisa.
Alisa swipe her tears. “I’m sorry.”
“You don’t have to say sorry. That’s all my fault. You don’t have to worry, I love you for all my heart. Only God knows how much I love you. Please, just trust me….” Badrul then hug Alisa close to his heart. Alisa just nodded.
Badrul smile. “Thank God. Honesty is pays in the end finally.”

12) "Beauty with brain"

     Talking about "beauty with brain" it remind me to  Datuk Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Syukor, he was born in Kuala Lumpur, the son of Ustaz Muhaidin. He is of Minangkabau , Arab and Malay descent. He attended high school at Maktab Rendah Sains MARA in Muar. He then earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, India. Sheikh Muszaphar is an orthopedic surgeon at the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. In 1998, Sheikh Muszaphar worked at Hospital Seremban, followed by a move to Kuala Lumpur General Hospital in 1999, and was on staff at Hospital Selayang from 2000 through 2001. Sheikh Muszaphar is also a part-time model.

     I am very proud of him because he is a Malaysian orthopedist surgeon and was the first Malaysian to go into space. He was launched to the International Space Station about aboard Soyuz TMA-11 with the Expedition 16 crew on 10 October 2007. Sheikh Muszaphar flew under an agreement with Russia through the Angkasawan Program and return to Earth on 21 October 2007, aboard Soyuz TMA-10 with the Expidition 15 crew members, Fyodor Yurchikhin and Oleg Kotovor.

     I can't amazing now he can rich until this level. Hope one day I can be like him. He is my idol and also my inspiration when I lost my mettle. I always remember he success.

11) Black sheep in the family

     I have 3 siblings in families. Two brother and I the youngest. I often called pampered child in my family, this story in my life now. I stay with my parents in Alor Setar. My age is 18 year and my nickname is Iza. I'm a person rather lazy and quite diligent but I according to my mother order, all because I do not want to to become children that are disloyal.

     One day, my mother ask me to help her cooked for open house. I assisted from early till end, but what I do always wrong in my mother's eyes. I do wrong and of course did not do it again wrong, I quite disappointed with my mother's action. When my second younger brother is called Wan helps everything is perfect in my mother's eyes. I can only able to be patient with all actions.

     Apart from that, I have spoilt my mother's handphone until my brother call me destroyer hand. I am very sad because I often faulted in families. All sorts my brother always call to me, I could only afford to be patient only.

    In conclusion, we should respect our parents even though we always wrong in our family. We did not become a children that are disloyal and always becomes cheerful in family.

10) Modern iventions making us lazy?

     I think that modern inventions make people lazy because they make everything easier. The car will allows people to travel long distances without having any physical movement on their body. The television is also something that people sit in front of for hours and make all works delay. The fact that people can now watch TV shows in high definition and record, pause, rewind, or fast forward through their favorite programs isn't helping at all because people would watch at the show on time. Not only that, gadgets also play a large part in laziness. There are so many gadgets nowadays such as mobile phones, smart phones, camera digital and video recorder. For some people, gadgets is a very important things in their life especially for people who doing business. They use their social media such as Facebook and Instagram to expand their businesses. They will spend a lot of their times in doing business by using gadgets. People have adapted to making the simple things. For examples, washing machines can make our works more easier. No need to spend an hour washing clothes, it will completely done for 20 minutes by using washing machines. Fast food restaurants are used more frequently to fit into a busy schedule, and exercise is a painful thought for many who just returned home from a long day.

9) What makes a happy life?

      Every person deserve to have a happy life. This is because, when we life this life happily, we can easily forget our problems and have a spirit to face the hardship in life. 

     What  makes a happy life is when I cheer other person  with thing they like. Example, such as,  I give them a present when their birthday, I help them when they need my help and make them smile when they are sad. I just feel happy when I can see people happy and their happiness is from me. I want them always be happy with their person their loved and I always pray for it. Actually, that makes me smile and feel happy.

     I hope all the people in this world will face a happy life,  far from problems and keep smile although they are in sad. Remember, God loves person who are strong enough to face their life.

Life is short, so make it happy!

8) Slaves of fashion.

     I have a friend named Syira who had shared her bad memory in her life. Syira is a very kind and intelligent student. Her parents always remind her to be a good person and behave as a muslim. She had passed with a flying colours on her SPM's examination. She got an offered to continue her study at University Malaya at Kuala Lumpur. She was verry happy to be one of student from the famous university.

      On the first semester of her study, she had a lot of friends. One of them are Riana who comes from Kuala Lumpur and really up to date girl. She always follow a new trend of fashion on that time. One day, Riana told Syira about a new trend and asked her to wear a new hijab's style. After watch a tutorial on internet, Syira had make her decision to wear at class on the next day. She want to look beautiful and dress up like the others.

        Unfortunately, she wore unsuitable dress and match it with wrong hijab. All students laugh at her on that day. She felt humiliated and that was the most embarassing experience she ever had. Ever since that, she never wore any new style anymore. She had make decision to always be herself.
