14) Health is Wealth



     Our health is very important for us. People nowadays are suffering from overweight obesity, diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. This problem occur because of our lifestyle. So we should take an action to take care of our health.

      First, we should take care of our food. We must avoid food that contains a lot of preserver such as junk food and carbonated drinks. Then, we should practise to eat balanced diet such as proteins, minerals, iron, vitamins, calcium and fats. Eat more vegetables and fruits to make a perfect balanced diet.

    Not only that, we should drinks at least 8 to 9 glasses of water every day. It is not only flushes your excretory system but also keeps your skin good and healthy. Proper sleep is also important to relax our mind from daily activities. Exercise is must. Aerobics, walking and jogging can give you more energy to work hard through the day. It can also release our tension and give us stronger body and mind.
